Failed recharges where the payment is deducted but the recharge is not processed.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 4 hours to 24 hours of the transaction. You may be required to provide proof of the failed recharge or duplicate transaction.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3 Working days to 7 Working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Recharges made to incorrect mobile numbers or incorrect operators.
Recharges for the wrong denomination or plan.
Recharges where the service has already been utilized or expired
Once a recharge transaction is initiated, it cannot typically be canceled. Please ensure that you review and verify the details of your recharge before confirming the transaction.
